All frameworks, templates, documents, and tooling created by Klar are the intellectual property of Klar unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business use.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties
While Klar aims to provide significant business value, we do not guarantee specific financial or operational outcomes. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

5. Confidentiality
Klar agrees to keep all client data and materials confidential. Clients agree not to share or republish Klar's proprietary methods or documentation.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
